What We Do — Step by Step

1. Before Your Visit

  • Help register and book your appointment in advance (Pre-visit Booking service)
  • Confirm department, doctor, and preferred time slot with you
  • Prepare a simple Chinese phrase sheet for common needs

2. On the Day — Hotel to Hospital

  • Pick you up from your hotel and accompany you to the hospital
  • Navigate registration (machine or counter — we handle it)
  • Guide you to the correct department and waiting area
  • Stay with you throughout — you're never alone in a foreign hospital

3. At the Hospital — Your Logistics Partner

  • Escort you to labs, imaging rooms (MRI/CT), and other tests
  • Help with pharmacy — identify your medicines and dosages
  • Handle payments and paperwork at service counters
  • Note: We do not enter or participate in medical consultations. For language support during doctor visits, the hospital's International Department can provide professional medical interpreters upon request.

4. After the Visit

  • Help with pharmacy — know which medicine is which
  • Book follow-up appointments if needed
  • Summarize key takeaways in English for your records

⏰ Coverage Time

Standard concierge coverage: 08:00 – 18:00. Extensions available on request (additional hourly rate applies).

Note: Airport pickup is billed separately (see Airport Pickup). Hotel drop-off after your hospital visit is included if it fits within the day's schedule.
